Located on Leestown Road in Lexington, the Mancino’s Pizza and Grinders is a local place for pizzas and subs. The restaurant is very local with a quite unnoticeable front door next to a Kroger in the shopping plaza. I don’t know how Ken found this place, but since he bought Groupons for this place, I went there twice and I enjoyed the food there. The Chicken Cordon Bleu sub was very delicious and it was a million times better than Subway sandwiches. The pizza is probably the one of the best in town and I loved that thick layers of cheese on top. The last pizza we had was a Margarita Pizza topped with green peppers. It was very good.
