Happy Mother’s Day


So last week has been a little busy since I started to work in the lab. This weekend has been pretty lazy for me and I didn’t get out except to the grocery store today. I made the cold marinated chicken that my mom used to make for me when I was a kid. It was well made since I added the traditional red pepper oil I prepared. With lots of green onions, cilantros and garlic, the dish turned out to be very nice eventually. I guess with that red pepper oil, I will be able to make more cold marinated dishes. :)
