Chinese New Year is right on the corner now, and once again I wouldn’t be able to make home. But it doesn’t mean the traditions will not be carried on for my part. Being able to make a hot pot for the New Year really excited me, and good memories are always conveyed through the taste of the traditional food. I know a plate of steamy dumplings is a must, but maybe I could also make some cabbage soup with rice noodles.
