My philosophy is that whenever any place gets too busy, the service and the quality wouldn’t be promising. Basically wherever you go in this area, Cheesecake Factory is always super busy and people have to wait for a long time before they can be seated. I am not a big fan of waiting for food because I have been there and it sucked. Maybe it’s alright to have a group of friends and wait, but who wouldn’t want to sit down comfortably with something to drink and chat with friends? Normally I would simply walk out if I see there is a line in front of me when I walk into a restaurant. But after a long day on Sunday, Ken and I decided to wait for 20 minutes for our seats at this new Cheesecake Factory. The Tex Mex Eggrolls were really good, but the Bang-Bang Chicken dish was a little disappointing because I was expecting it to be a Sichuan cuisine type. It is still much better than the one from the Thai restaurant on my birthday though. I wasn’t able to finish my pumpkin pecan cheesecake, so I took it home. The next day after I had it, I felt a little dehydrated because of the overdose of sugar in it. I am not trying to be hypercritical, but it is just a little sad that Cheesecake Factory draws so much attention all the time. On the other hand, the management team behind this really deserves some kudos.
