Femme Fatale

I have been listening to Britney Spears’ ‘Femme Fatale’, and for the first time, I really like her album. So the record was keeping on playing wherever I went yesterday with my friends and lab member. ‘Hold It Against Me’ is her first single off the album and it was top 1 on Billboard Hot 100, so we are most familiar with that song. The lyrics of the song is catchy and simple to memorize so I can easily sing along with the beat. One thing about Britney Spears is that even though she doesn’t own those divas’ voices like Christina Aguilera or Jennifer Hudson, she just knows how to make great fun music and that makes her one of the most popular female artists in the world. Nowadays her music is mostly about no-strings-attached fun music, but somehow some kind of sadness can be reflected through those lyrics, like ‘Criminal’. Almost every song was auto tuned like previous albums, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the album. I mean she is working with the best producers and song writers and they know how to make great music with this great icon. Anyway, once again, this album is worth listening and I have put Avril’s new album aside thanks to Britney Spears. As time goes by, Britney Spears will become more legendary than she already is.
